Users are responsible for keeping account access private and notifying us about suspected misuse.
Keys must be stored securely, rotated after exposure and used only by authorised applications.
Excessive requests, scraping, attacks or attempts to bypass limits are not permitted.
Production changes should be reviewed, tested and deployed with rollback awareness.
Backup and recovery expectations are defined per project plan and service agreement.
Support covers agreed scope; new features, emergency work and third-party failures may need separate approval.
Work begins after scope, timeline and payment terms are accepted.
Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, security risk, fraud or unpaid obligations.
Policies may be updated as technology, services and legal requirements change.
