Source code, object code, documentation and UI materials are treated as protected software works where applicable.
Frameworks, libraries, templates and internal tools created before a project remain Marshmallow Technology reusable assets.
Visual designs, logos and interface systems may not be reused outside the approved project without permission.
Documentation, diagrams, manuals and training materials follow the same ownership terms as the related project.
Client-specific deliverables transfer or license according to the signed proposal, invoice or service agreement.
Stock media, open-source packages and third-party SDKs remain governed by their own licenses.
Copying, redistributing, reverse engineering or removing rights notices without permission is prohibited where law allows.
Modifications, plugins and derivative versions must respect the original ownership and license terms.
Client-provided content remains the client’s responsibility, including permission to use text, images, data and marks.
Permission requests for reuse, licensing or public display should be sent through official contact channels.
